Disney Enterprises - Personal Name; Rachel Wilson - Personal Name; Andy Hopkins - Personal Name;

This is a simplified retelling of the Disney film Tangled, an adaptation of the Rapunzel fairy tale. The story focuses on Rapunzel, a princess who was kidnapped as a baby by the evil Mother Gothel for her magical, long, golden hair that possesses healing and age-reversing powers. Rapunzel is locked away in a hidden tower for eighteen years, unaware of her true identity. On the eve of her 18th birthday, she yearns to see the thousands of floating lanterns released annually by her true parents (the King and Queen). Rapunzel finally makes her escape with the help of Flynn Rider, a charming thief, who agrees to guide her to the kingdom. The adventure is a thrilling quest for self-discovery and freedom, leading Rapunzel to realize her true royal lineage.
