The Adventures of Captain Underpants

Dav Pilkey - Personal Name;

The Adventures of Captain Underpants, written and illustrated by Dav Pilkey and published by Scholastic, is the inaugural installment of the popular comic fiction series. The story introduces George Beard and Harold Hutchins, two imaginative fourth-grade pranksters who create their own superhero comic book character named Captain Underpants. When their stern principal, Mr. Krupp, threatens to place them in separate classes, the boys hypnotize him with a 3-D Hypno-Ring, accidentally transforming him into Captain Underpants whenever someone snaps their fingers. The trio must then stop the evil Dr. Diper and save the world.
