Brave

Disney Enterprises - Personal Name; Pixar - Personal Name; Rachel Wilson - Personal Name;

This is a simplified retelling of the Disney/Pixar film Brave. The story is set in the Scottish Highlands and follows Princess Merida, a skilled archer who passionately defies the ancient customs of her kingdom, particularly the tradition that requires her to marry one of the three clan princes. After a fierce argument with her mother, Queen Elinor, Merida seeks out a witch and makes a rash wish that is intended to change her mother's mind. The wish, however, results in a devastating magical curse that transforms Queen Elinor into a bear. Merida must then embark on a desperate quest to break the spell before the transformation becomes permanent, learning critical lessons about empathy, communication, and the meaning of true bravery along the way.
