This book is a simplified story adaptation of the animated Disney/Pixar film, WALL-E. The story is set in a distant future where Earth has been abandoned by humans due to being entirely covered in trash. WALL-E (Waste Allocation Load Lifter—Earth Class) is a kind, compacting robot who is the last robot operating on Earth after hundreds of years. WALL-E lives his days alone, diligently collecting and compacting garbage, until he discovers a tiny, living plant sprout—a symbol of hope. His monotonous life is completely transformed when a sophisticated survey robot named EVE (Extra-terrestrial Vegetation Evaluator) arrives on Earth searching for signs of life. WALL-E falls instantly in love with EVE and follows her back to the giant starship, the Axiom, where humans live in automated luxury, accidentally triggering an adventure that aims to restore hope and lead humanity back to a revitalized Earth.
